Been there many, many tim...</title><content type='html'>Great town, Lincolnton.  Been there many, many times.  I am in the same age group as you, apparently a year older.  I moved back to my home town four years ago after 30+ years in one of those govt. jobs.  I find that the local people do not get involved in much of anything in a town and county that is somewhat overwhelmed with transplants from FL.
