Clinton's ability to articulate the details of long forgotten moments in history is unbelievable. Regardless of what one may think of the former president, Bill Clinton possesses powerful intellectual abilities. These are made all the more apparent in contrast to his peers. <BR/><BR/>I remember the 1993 state of the union address he gave, when halfway through the speech, the telepromter malfunctioned and he ended up giving the remaining speech "off the top of his head".
